To cancel by phone, you can call us, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 833-352-8784. To cancel online, simply log in to your account at EasyComfortsVIPRewards.com, click on the Account link in the upper right corner of your screen, then click the Cancel Membership link, and follow the instructions provided. You can also email us your cancellation request at CustomerService@EasyComfortsVIPRewards.com or submit it through the 'Contact Us' form. Regardless of how you submit your cancellation request, our Customer Service Department will process your cancellation right away.

   

You can send all your rebate documentation via email to Rebates@EasyComfortsVIPRewards.com. Please include the claim number in the 'Subject' line, and please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date. You'll be assigned a claim number when you fill out the rebate form; it's easy to copy it there and then paste it in the 'Subject' line as you prepare to send us your documentation email. Rebate claims can also be submitted by mail. Simply send your supporting documentation with your written claim number to:

Earning cash back is easy!

Complete your Sister Brands purchase online, by phone or through the mail as you normally would. Your cash back will automatically be applied to your Savings page and a cash back check will be mailed to you the following month - no need to submit a claim.

 

We'll automatically take the total amount from your Sister Brands purchase and calculate the cash back percentage you qualify for.

When you spend $100 at one of our Sister Brands, for example, you'll qualify for a $10 cash back rebate check.

 

Marketplace

The Marketplace is our directory of over 1,000 popular retailers. As a member of Easy Comforts VIP Rewards, you can receive 5% cash back on your total purchase and up to $10 in shipping & handling rebates every time you shop through our Marketplace. You're eligible to earn up to $1,000 in cash back rebate savings and up to $500 in shipping & handling rebates every membership year.

 

Earning cash back on Marketplace purchases is easy!

Online:

  • Log in to EasyComfortsVIPRewards.com, visit the 'Shop' tab, click the "Shop Marketplace" link, and click on any Marketplace retailer of interest to you.
  • Click the "Shop Now" button and shop at your chosen retailer's website as you normally would using the browser window that opened when you clicked the button.
  • As soon as your order is confirmed, your 5% cash back will automatically be applied to your Easy Comforts VIP Rewards Savings page!
  • We'll mail you a check for your 5% cash back online the following month.

 

If you shop online at a Marketplace Retailer without using a EasyComfortsVIPRewards.com link, you can still claim 5% cash back on your purchase:

  • When you receive your purchase confirmation from the retailer, visit our online Rebates page, select 'Cash Back + Shipping' as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next and fill in the requested information for Step 2.
  • Submit your claim and send us the requested documentation. Please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
  • The month following our receipt of your cash back rebate claim and supporting documentation, we'll verify your rebate and send you a check for 5% of your total purchase.

Offline: 
If you shop in-store, over the phone, or through the mail at a Marketplace Retailer, you can also claim 5% cash back on your purchase:

  • Once you receive your purchase confirmation from the retailer, visit our online Rebates page, select 'Cash Back + Shipping' as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next and fill in the requested information for Step 2.
  • Submit your claim and send us the requested documentation. Please note that rebate claims must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
  • The month following our receipt of your cash back rebate claim and supporting documentation, we'll verify your rebate and send you a check for 5% of your total purchase.

It really is that easy. If you're an active member of Easy Comforts VIP Rewards you'll keep earning cash back — up to a maximum of $1,000 in cash back rebates every membership year.

You can earn 5% cash back at any eligible grocery retailer in the Marketplace. Visit the “Groceries & Household Supplies” category in your Marketplace and look for stores that are labeled with a “Rebate Required” tag.

You can earn 5% cash back on groceries by shopping in-store or online through the Marketplace links. After your online or in-store purchase is made, submit a rebate with your dated proof-of-purchase documentation to receive 5% cash back.

When you fill in the rebate form on the Rebates page, we'll ask you to enter the total amount of your purchase at one of our Marketplace Retailers. We'll then automatically calculate the cash back percentage you qualify for.

Shipping & Handling Rebates

Shipping & handling rebates are a great deal. As an active member of Easy Comforts VIP Rewards, you can get full reimbursement for any shipping & handling fees you might be charged on purchases you make at the following Sister Brands:

For purchases you make at any of the Marketplace Retailers, you're eligible for cash back rebates of up to $10 for shipping & handling charges on each qualifying purchase. You can earn up to $500 in shipping & handling rebates every membership year.

If you provide the documentation needed to verify your shipping & handling charge comes from a purchase made at a participating retailer, you're eligible for a cash back rebate on the shipping & handling charge. That includes purchases made online, over the phone, and through a catalog.

In-store purchases only qualify for a shipping & handling rebate if a participating retailer needs to order the item and then charges you for shipping it directly to your residence. Cancelled purchases, duplicate claims, and purchases made before you became an active Easy Comforts VIP Rewards member (or made after you cancel your membership) aren't eligible for shipping & handling rebates.

To claim a shipping & handling rebate, simply click on 'Rebates' from the navigation menu, select ' Cash Back + Shipping' as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next and follow the instructions provided. Please note that you must submit your rebate claim within 30 days of the original order date. We'll verify your claim and process your rebate the month following our receipt of your required documentation, and we'll mail you a check as soon as your rebate is confirmed.

To claim a shipping & handling rebate, simply send us your order confirmation, original sales receipt, or packing slip with the price, retailer information, shipping and handling charges, and sales date.

Free Return Shipping via FedEx Ground®

When you shop through Easy Comforts VIP Rewards, we've got you covered! Whether you ordered the wrong size or color, received an item that was damaged in transit, or just don't care for the item now that it's in your hands, you can ship it back for free via FedEx Ground! Better yet, we'll cover items purchased from any of our Sister Brands or our Marketplace Retailers. Simply put, we'll cover your FedEx Ground return shipping charge whenever you need to return an online, phone, or catalog purchase you made through us! Be sure you always review the specific retailer's return policy to see whether it already offers free return shipping and to find out if your purchase is eligible for a refund.

Just click on 'Returns' from the navigation menu, click 'Return Labels,' and follow the instructions provided to print out a return shipping label from FedEx Ground. Once you securely fasten your label to your return shipment, just drop it off at any FedEx location; If your package complies with FedEx weight and size limitations, your return shipping charge is on us!

As a Easy Comforts VIP Rewards member, you can return any item from our Sister Brands or Marketplace Retailers at any time (and for any reason) and save on return shipping! However, if you're also hoping to get a refund or store credit on your purchase from the retailer, you'll need to make sure you follow the retailer's specific policy and procedures, including its deadlines, to qualify.

You can save on return shipping for any purchase you make at our Sister Brands or Marketplace Retailers, online, over the phone, or through a catalog. Certain purchases, however, may not qualify for free return shipping via FedEx Ground. For instance, if the retailer already offers free return shipping, the purchase won't be eligible for free return shipping via FedEx Ground. Also, the destination for a return shipment must be a valid commercial address in the 48 contiguous United States, so if a retailer's return address is in Hawai'i or Alaska, for example, you won't be able to ship it via FedEx Ground. Similarly, shipments sent to residential addresses, P.O. boxes, or other non-commercial locations do not qualify for savings through the program. However, if you do have to pay for return shipping, you can claim a rebate of up to $10 on your return shipping charge.

FedEx Ground, the exclusive shipping carrier of Easy Comforts VIP Rewards, will ship your package to the address on the shipping label. Just drop your shipment off at any of the more than 1,800 FedEx Office® or 5,800 FedEx Authorized ShipCenter® locations across the United States, and your package will be delivered to retailer locations in the 48 contiguous United States within 1-5 business days, depending on where you drop it off and its final destination.

You and the members of your household are eligible for free return shipping on virtually any online, phone, or catalog purchase you make at our Sister Brands and Marketplace Retailers. Please note that those savings apply only to FedEx Ground shipping charges. Easy Comforts VIP Rewards does not offer savings on expedited delivery services; insurance coverage for the return shipment; any restocking or other fees that a retailer may apply; or any other services or features, such as declared value, surcharges, premiums, accessorial charges, or special handling fees for the return shipment. Please note that some retailers place shipping and other restrictions on certain products; you'll need to check the individual retailer's website to ensure that it accepts returns of your purchased product.

Also, please note that FedEx Ground does not ship any packages that exceed:

  • 150 pounds in weight;
  • 108 inches in length; and/or
  • 165 inches in length + girth.

Free return shipping via FedEx Ground is available to Easy Comforts VIP Rewards members who reside in the 48 contiguous United States. It’s not available to subscribers who reside in Alaska or Hawai'i, nor is it available to residents of Iowa.

Return Shipping Rebates

If for any reason you decide to return an item to any Sister Brand or Marketplace Retailer, and you don't or can't ship it back for free via FedEx Ground, you're eligible for up to $10 cash back on your return shipping charge.

Just click on 'Rebates' from the navigation menu, select 'Return Shipping' as your rebate type in Step 1, click Next and follow the instructions provided. Please note that you need to be an active member at the time we process your claim, and that proof-of-purchase documentation and shipping information is required to process every claim.

You'll need to submit your claim and all required documentation within 60 days of your original purchase to qualify for a return shipping rebate.
